A readiness assessment is a conceptual approach to prepare for change. A series of questions are used as a brief checklist to ensure quality in decision-making. Questions can be customized to your agency and to some degree adjusted by the people and personalities that make up your agency. A readiness assessment emphasizes key areas of consideration prior to a final decision.
